Free Your Mind

What is leisure? According to me it is much related to your mind. Having a mind free from care and troubles means to give more space to good thoughts, dreams and ideas. Just let them grow wild! Here some illustration about this topic.

Idleness…

The second part of the project was directed by Christian Upmeier. Taking into account the principal theme of Idleness, I created some pictograms which represent the idea of idleness and then, I represented the pictograms and tried to represent them into real life. After that, I’ve been working with typography on the main theme of lazyness.
At the end, I analized the theme of idleness, creating the world that I would like it to be, which is composed by a lot of cups of coffee, seen, as they were buildings.
All the materials have been added in a unique book, which was common to all the components of the project, dividing, however, the single projects in various chapters. All of us had the same book with different covers.

Coffee smell

The project “Weniger ist mehr” focuses on the main theme of idleness. The first part of the project was directed by Julian Koschwitz and it consisted in recording a data diary. My analysis was to record, using a camera, the quantity of coffee I had drank within 4 days, filming the various cups of coffee, taking into account all the actions involved in this process.

Take your leisure

The main project focuses on the theme of “idleness”. As we grow up, we do not have the chance to have our free time anymore, since we stick to our jobs totally.

The semester project was divided in two parts. During the first one, I worked along with the help of Julian Koschwitz — and for four days I collected data (all kind of activities done during the day). These data were then transformed into graphic visualization. I had to figure out a way to visualize all of these informations in the clearest way possible, a sort of infographic of the 4 days-span.
